
Pure water production involves the conversion of industrial waste into pure water, and then the conversion of pure water into ultra pure water. Thus wastewater can be regenerated as useable water, and membrane separation technology is essential for these processes. We incorporate reverse osmosis membranes, (RO), ultra filtration membranes (UF) and micro-filtration (MF) as required to generate the kind of water required by the customer. As we use membranes, we can minimize the use of chemicals and wastewater discharge compared to other processes.
Membranes are expensive, and their use requires a high level of concentration on the part of operators. We have developed advanced peripheral technology to prolong the service life of membranes. This includes peripheral technologies such as pre-processing technology, technology to prevent scale and life-determination monitoring systems.
